Craft Build ("we", "us") provides website rescue, maintenance, and related services. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
When you submit our contact or "free website check" form, we collect the name, email address, website/business name, and any message you provide. If you become a client, we also collect information needed to service your website (with your permission).
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, review your website, provide our services, and communicate with you about them. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
We advertise on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram (Meta). These platforms may use cookies and similar technologies to measure and improve ad performance. We do not receive your identity from these platforms beyond standard, aggregated ad reporting.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting and email), and only as needed to deliver our services, or where required by law.
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to help you. You may ask us to access or delete your information at any time by emailing us. If you receive email from us and no longer want it, reply "unsubscribe" and we will stop.
